Can I purchase from KomputerMurah.my without creating a KomputerMurah.my account ?

You need a KomputerMurah.my account to subscribe product from KomputerMurah.my. However, it is free of charge, so no worries!

Who can purchase from KomputerMurah.my ?

Currently, KomputerMurah.my is open to all public from Malaysia (except minor).

What are the currencies that KomputerMurah.my accepts ?

Currently, we accept Ringgit Malaysia only.

Products, Collection & Delivery

Are these products in your website are brand new ?

All our published items is “Refurbished” which means the items already being used before and we have do QC check to ensure it is in working conditions.

How long I need to wait to receive the product after made payment ?

In the last step of purchasing process, you will able to view the estimated arrival time. Normally, it will be within 4 working days for Klang Valley region, within 7 working days for other West Malaysia region, and within 14 working days within East Malaysia region.

Can I collect the product from your office ?

Yes, please select option “Self Collection” in Collection Method step while purchasing our product.

Can I cancel my order(s) after made payment ?

Sorry, order cancellation is NOT available currently. However, we may include this feature in the future.

What if I have received defected / damaged products or items ?

We will replace the same product with no extra charges. However, customers need to contact us within 3 working days after received the product, or else it will fall under warranty terms.

What if I have received wrong products or items ?

We will replace the same product with no extra charges. However customers need to contact us within 2 working days after received the product, or else customer will neither get any replacement nor refund at all
