Shipping & Delivery

A) Orders must be placed by 12 noon Malaysian time to be processed on the same business day.

If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.

Packaging and processing time	1-3 business days
Courier delivery time	– Peninsular Malaysia : 1  4 Business Days – Sabah and Serawak : 2-5 business days

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the Peninsular Malaysia can be expected within 2 – 4 business days.

We are using KTM Distribution Sdn Bhd as a delivery courier for Penisular Malaysia and JT Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for Sabah & Sarawak.

B) Change / Cancellation of Order

Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/ order if the goods have not been delivered. Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
